My topic is stem cell research and I 'll conduct interview in these question.
1. What do you know about stem cell research?
2. By making iPS cells, people become able to make cells without human embryo, is there no problem to make such cells?
3. Is it morally acceptable to make organs for organ transplantation by ES/iPS cells?
4. If there were a person whose all organs are made by such cells, is he/she a human?
5. If you were suffering from hopeless disease without organ transplantation using such cells, do you want to be given the treatment?
I'll give general explanation about this topic for interviewee before interview because my interviewee will be not expert of this field.
